3D Raised Foil Business Cards Printing
Our new raised foil and raised Spot UV business cards are printed on 16pt coated card stock which is then laminated with a 1.5mil scratch resistant velvet laminate. The final card is 19pt thick and gives an incredible look and feeling to your cards!
Introducing some dynamic new effects for your business cards; welcome 3D raised foil and raised UV printing. The dynamic printing option that lets the design literally pop out of your card! Printed on 16pt coated card, then laminated on both sides with a 1.5mil soft velvet laminate, the end result is a 19pt business card thickness that gives an unbelievable look and high class feel. Raised foil and raised UV spot are perfect for enhancing texts, logos, photos and graphics. At a depth of 50 microns, you can clearly feel the raised sections on your hands. We offer silver, gold and holographic colors, as well as UV on our standard 3.5? x 2? US business cards.
Please note, that as well as the illustration file, it is necessary to attach the mask sheet raised in vector format using 100% black to show where the sheet should be applied (white areas indicate that there is no sheet).

Use CMYK Colors
In offset printing, the standard color mode used in CMYK. When you are creating your files, be sure to check the color mode as programs like Photoshop by default use RBG color, not CMYK.
Accepted File Formats
We require industry standard formats for all uploaded files. We accept the following file formats: TIF – JPG – PDF – EPS – PSD – AI – CDR.
Rich Black vs 100% Black
Large black areas or fonts bigger than 36 points should use Rich Black which stops areas appearing gray. Rich Black is created with 30% Cyan, 30% Magenta, 30% Yellow, 100% Black.
What Paper to Choose?

What is Font Outlining?
We might not have the same fonts on our systems as your computer, so when saving your files in a vector based program (Illustrator, InDesign, Quark, CorelDraw) please outline your fonts.
Coating Types
